We were challenged to quantify the value of RACV‘s various media channels and identify which ones were suitable for monetising.

A detailed forensic audit and valuation was conducted to assert the value of existing media. In addition, Sonder modelled a number of scenario plans to highlight where growth could be delivered through media.

The outcome was a clear strategic review of media value and a roadmap to monetise the most lucrative media assets whilst maintaining the positive customer experience.

Over $50m in media asset value was uncovered within RACV. This is media value that can be either leveraged for revenue or for improved brand marketing management.
