Harrods Media was a pioneer in retail media two decades before the term existed. They came to Sonder to benchmark their rates with a view to ensuring they were maximising revenue. 

Sonder conducted a benchmarking analysis using our $12B rate pool with over 2,500 CPMs and provided Harrods with guidance on where their media rates sat within the market. 

Harrods Media could then go to market with certainty around their rates and confidently justify any increases.
