American Express USA have a wealth of media channels available to partners. The Travel and Lifestyle Services (TLS) division offers highly targeted media placements that engage with high value cardmembers. The problem was they had no way to put an accurate value on the media they were giving to partners.
Sonder was commissioned to conduct an audit and valuation of the TLS media across various cardmember types including Premium and Centurion. Using our $12B benchmark pool of owned media data, Sonder was able to assert relevant and appropriate rates to every channel for every card type.
The defined media rates were then loaded and deployed in our Sonder MMS platform allowing Amex TLS to value any partner campaign accurately, quickly and professionally.
