Metcash IGA needed to create a business case that framed the owned media revenue growth potential before committing capex.

Following an audit of Metcash IGA’s owned media, Sonder created a 3 year commercial model to provide a multi-horizon plan for commercial growth.

Metcash IGA’s business case was approved and capex invested to build out their owned media ecosystem and sales offering.

The Sonder modelling demonstrated a 3 year revenue upside of over $20m incremental.
